JC Shearing – Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We are committed to delivering quality shearing gear and apparel to our customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process orders, shipping options, delivery times, returns, and cancellations.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom items or pre-order products may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Processing Time:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We ship across the UK using reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or UPS.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Rest of World 10–20 business days from £19.99

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

JC Shearing cannot predict or control these fees.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, delays can happen due to customs, weather, industrial action or carrier issues.

A parcel is considered lost when:

  • UK: after 10 working days

  • International: after 25 working days

We will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Eligibility:

✔ Unused and in original condition
✔ All tags and packaging included
✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Return Process:

  1. Email support@jcshearing.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. We will send return approval and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue:

    • Refund to original payment method, or

    • Exchange or store credit

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jcshearing.com with photos.

We will replace or refund at no cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order

  • After dispatch, we cannot change or cancel the order

If the parcel has already shipped, you can return it after delivery (see Returns section).


Incorrect Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-delivery fees due to incorrect information

If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (shipping fees apply).
